A £10 deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where sufficient notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or fail to attend, your £10 deposit may be retained.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full treatment price may still apply.
Any remaining balance must be paid on the day of your treatment. We accept the payment methods displayed at the time of booking.
Please inform us before your treatment of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, skin sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. We may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if it is not considered suitable.
Gift vouchers, promotional offers, membership benefits and discounts are subject to their stated terms, validity periods and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
Membership benefits are for the named member only and are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise. Monthly benefits must be used in accordance with the membership terms and booking availability.
Please take care of your personal belongings. Maria Massage Spa cannot exclude or limit liability where prohibited by law, including liability for negligence where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment where necessary for safety, professional boundaries, inappropriate behaviour or a concern that the treatment is unsuitable.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws. Information about your health will be handled confidentially and used only where necessary for safe and appropriate service delivery.
Maria Massage Spa may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The terms applicable to your booking will be communicated clearly, and changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Any deposit or cancellation charge will be applied fairly and proportionately, as permitted by law.
